Hi, I am Milla. I am a Level 3 & 4 certified personal trainer in addition to possessing 200h yoga teacher, CrossFit L1 Trainer and Life Coaching qualifications with 8+ years of experience.
I offer professional & bespoke personal training, mindset, health and nutrition coaching for everyday people looking to achieve stronger, healthier and well performing mind and body.
